Role Description

This role provides project management support for the development and implementation of customised courses, working closely with the Manager, Executive Education after the completion of initial scoping and development phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a Coordinator in a collaborative and high-performing team, delivering outstanding learning experiences for clients
  • Hands-on coordinator role including hosting live sessions online using a range of learning tools, with a focus on client service and operational excellence
  • Enjoy working with a variety of people, keeping multiple programs on track with excellent organisational and communication skills

We are seeking two Coordinators to work as part of a team to support the delivery of premium professional learning experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will be a strong communicator and collaborator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

You enjoy the challenge of solving problems to generate the best possible experience for your clients both within and outside of the university.
