Program Coordinator Role

The Australian National University's College of Law, Governance and Policy seeks a highly organized and skilled Program Coordinator to join its team. This role will involve providing administrative and operational support for the delivery of premium professional learning experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support for the development and implementation of customized courses
  • Work closely with the Manager, Executive Education to deliver outstanding learning experiences for clients
  • Coordinate live sessions online using various learning tools, focusing on client service and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to ensure the success of multiple programs

  • You are a strong communicator and collaborator with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy solving problems to generate the best possible experience for clients
  • You are highly organized and able to work independently while valuing teamwork
  • You have demonstrated experience in program delivery and events or communications management
