Heavy Vehicle Chain of Responsibility Manager

We seek a professional to manage heavy vehicle chain of responsibility across our businesses, developing and maintaining management systems that meet regulatory standards.
The Role- Lead a team focused on providing oversight of heavy vehicle chain of responsibility management across our businesses by designing, implementing and delivering management systems.
- Develop and deliver chain of responsibility systems across our businesses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support individual business units to create tailored practices relevant to their operations, based on the organisation-wide framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the successful implementation of their chain of responsibility requirements.
- Establish and maintain a governance framework that monitors the overall performance of COR.
- Work closely with training experts to develop educational modules on your area of expertise.
- You may bring previous experience from industries such as transport, logistics, quarrying, defence and construction.
- Have a deep understanding of the heavy vehicle industry, including knowledge of the NHVR.
- Be able to influence diverse stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.
- Hold a valid driver's license and any relevant industry certifications.
- Familiarity with data analysis and advanced experience in MS Office applications.
- Annual social calendar of fun activities and events.
- A corporate social responsibility program for the chance to support not-for-profits and social enterprises.
- Bonus leave equivalent to six extra leave days per annum.
