Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the management of heavy vehicle chain of responsibility across our businesses. This role involves developing and implementing effective management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

The Role
  • Develop and implement management systems for chain of responsibility that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
  • Provide oversight of chain of responsibility management across our businesses, ensuring consistency and quality in all operations.
  • Design and implement chain of responsibility systems to support business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support the successful implementation of their chain of responsibility requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a governance framework that monitors the overall performance of COR.
  • Support individual entities to create bespoke practices relevant to their operations.
  • Work closely with learning content creators to develop training modules on chain of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in transport and logistics, quarrying, extraction, defence force, and/or construction is highly desirable.
  • A deep understanding of the heavy vehicle industry, including knowledge of NHVR, is essential.
  • Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.
  • Valid driver's license and any relevant industry licenses/competencies.
  • Familiarity with MT data and MS Suite is an advantage.
