About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Auditor who is proactive and motivated with exceptional people skills to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, assisting in the development of an effective audit strategy, and coordinating engagements without manager assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a key liaison.
- Audit Strategy: Assist in developing an effective and efficient audit strategy.
- Engagement Coordination: Coordinate engagements without manager assistance, reporting directly to Partners where appropriate.
- Problem Identification: Collaborate with the engagement manager to identify potential problem areas or challenges.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate these to Managers.
- Budget Management: Prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements.
- Candidate Development: Coach and mentor junior colleagues and build internal relationships.
- Business Development: Liaise with clients and identify future opportunities.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require a CA/CPA qualification (working towards) or equivalent. Additionally, you should possess strong IT and computer skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

- Soft Skills: Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
