About the RoleAs a Senior Auditor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service. We seek a proactive and motivated individual who can work collaboratively to provide outstanding results.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and act as a key liaison.
- Assist in creating an effective audit strategy that meets client needs.
- Support team members in completing documents required for audit engagements.
- Work closely with engagement managers to identify potential problem areas or improvements.
- Coordinate engagements independently and report directly to partners when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to management.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and build internal relationships.
- Liaise with clients to identify future opportunities.
About You
- Hold a CA/CPA qualification or be working towards it.
- Be able to think critically, challenge assumptions, and solve complex problems.
- Show a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Have strong IT and computer skills and be willing to adapt to new technology.
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Be able to effectively manage your workload.
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
