We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality training programs.

About The Role

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining training plans, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring all training and competency assessments are conducted efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule training sessions and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Counsel and mentor training staff to achieve positive outcomes and exceed contractual targets.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop and maintain training materials.
  • Ensure all training and competency assessments are conducted in accordance with BA365 standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110) plus TAELLN unit.
  • Certificate II Transport Security Protection or grandfathered screener.
  • Auditor certification.
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and medical assessments.
