
Financial Services Auditor

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual who is a real team player and committed to working collaboratively to achieve exceptional client service.
You will be part of a growth-oriented environment where your skills and contributions are valued. Key duties include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting in developing an effective and efficient audit strategy, and coordinating engagements without manager assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key liaison
- Assist in developing an effective and efficient audit strategy
- Coordinate audits with minimal supervision, reporting directly to senior management
- Identify potential improvements and communicate these to senior management
- Prepare and monitor budgets for various engagements
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and build internal relationships
- Liaise with clients and identify future opportunities
Requirements:
- CA/CPA qualification (working towards)
- The ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and solve problems
- Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Strong IT and computer skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technology
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
- Ability to effectively manage your workflow
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
