Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Training and Compliance Professional to spearhead our team in Cairns, Australia.

This is a fixed term contract opportunity from October to December, offering a chance to work with a supportive team and contribute to the development of our aviation capabilities.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, developing and delivering training curriculum, leading and managing a diverse team, and coordinating the delivery of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure site activities and performance meet regulatory standards
  • Develop and deliver training plans and schedules
  • C coordinate training sessions and assessments in BA365
  • Manage on-site training files and documentation
  • Assist in the administration of course enrolments, assessments, and feedback mechanisms
  • Continuously improve performance against Trident Services and Client Standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110) plus TAELLN unit
  • Certificate II Transport Security Protection (or ability to obtain), or grandfathered screener
  • Auditor certification
  • Current Australian Driver's License
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening and medical assessments
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC
Desirable Qualifications

The following qualifications would be highly desirable for this role:

  • Current Security Licence
  • Certificate II in Security Operations
  • Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
