Engagement Consultant - Communication Strategies

Overview of the Position We are in search of a dedicated consultant to enhance our Communications and Engagement division. You will become part of a diverse and supportive group of professionals, where your role will involve the creation and execution of communication, consultation, and community engagement strategies for significant infrastructure initiatives. About You You should be enthusiastic about fostering positive outcomes for the community and assisting clients in executing innovative engagement and communication initiatives. Your background should include proven experience in formulating and implementing communication, consultation, and community engagement projects. Essential Qualifications: Exceptional communication abilities with a knack for clear writing and precise editing to publishing standards Proficiency in confidently addressing diverse audiences in person A strong track record of collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team and working harmoniously with individuals at all levels to achieve goals Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities Effective teamwork skills and the capacity to perform well under pressure, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently Strong ethical standards and an understanding of the importance of discretion when handling confidential information Experience with major infrastructure projects and relevant tertiary qualifications in communications would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
