Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the Community Engagement Consultant is to enhance Dental Corporation's customer and growth performance through opportunities beyond traditional settings. These opportunities will be realized through:
  • Mobile kiosks, expos, and corporate activities
  • Collaboration with migration agents and the identification of new business prospects
  • Fostering relationships with existing clients, maximizing growth through informative presentations and on-site discussions, as well as referral networking
  • Conducting home visits and proactive networking as needed
  • Representing Dental Corporation at corporate events, local business seminars, community activities, and implementing regional strategies
  • Proactively managing relationships with key decision-makers, including Corporate Account Managers and Partnership Managers, to understand their business strategies
  • Connecting with local business communities by identifying and executing local opportunities, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance Dental Corporation's visibility
  • Working alongside retail teams to optimize customer experiences
  • Providing insights and recommendations to the regional leadership team regarding opportunities to improve customer and client experience
  • Managing all administrative and reporting requirements associated with new accounts, including completing agreements and membership documentation
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, adherence to internal procedures, and management of business risks is a shared responsibility among all employees.
Position Details:
This is a full-time permanent role, requiring 38 hours of work per week, with some weekend commitments. The role is primarily remote, with a focus on servicing the relevant area. A valid driver's license is essential.
