Key Responsibilities- Support clients with disabilities in day programs, promoting skill development and community participation.
- Provide in-home support, requiring flexibility for afternoon and night shifts.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Australian Driver's Licence
- First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one during onboarding
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Satisfactory Police Check
- Flexibility to work in a daily care service
- Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- Covid-19 Vaccination status, including booster
- Understanding of NDIA processes
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent
- Mental Health First Aid
- Handy craft skills (sewing, knitting, crocheting)
