Job Description

As an HR Administrator at Alliance Airlines, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic and fast-paced team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in evaluating and improving HR processes, policies, and SOPs.
  • Providing HR administration support, including onboarding, employment contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Evaluating industrial instruments and employment contracts to ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and Employment Law.
  • Cordinating end-of-employment processes, audits, and system platform requests.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in developing and maintaining strong relationships with staff, management, and external parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and well-developed computing skills.
  • Experience in customer service, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, as well as the Fair Work Act and Employment Law.
