HR Recruitment Specialist for Volume and Project Opportunities

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our Brisbane CBD client site on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to own your role, work flexibly with 2 days WFH, and contribute to the success of our team.

About the Role:

  • Support hiring managers in end-to-end recruitment functions for volume and project recruitment
  • Assist in reviewing resumes, shortlisting, and pre-screening candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings and pre-interview assessments
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop effective interview guides and participate in interviewing processes as required
  • Perform reference checks and support hiring managers in this process
  • Close off job requisitions and ensure unsuccessful candidates have been contacted
  • Support hiring managers with Letters of Offer and onboarding processes within the Kronos system

About You:

  • Proven experience in volume recruitment and/or service setup projects is highly regarded
  • Ability to apply best-practice recruitment and selection processes and support hiring managers
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement process improvements and initiatives
