About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate classroom teacher to join our Junior school team. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic, social, and spiritual growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Christian formation of students, providing a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters their spiritual development.
  • Deliver Pastoral Care from a genuine Christian faith, ensuring the well-being and happiness of all students.
  • Contribute to an inclusive approach to learning, promoting cross-cultural understanding and engagement among students.
  • Develop and implement teaching programs that are biblically grounded, Christ-focused, culturally engaging, and academically rigorous.
Requirements
  • A relevant bachelor degree and any other relevant teaching qualifications (i.e. Masters of Education)
  • A passion for impacting students' minds and hearts, providing a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Highly relational and committed to a holistic view of teaching and student welfare
  • Keen to collaborate with colleagues in developing and implementing teaching and learning programs
  • A servant heart and vibrant Christian faith
