Nurse - Child Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Child Health and Parenting Service.
The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating healthcare for individuals, groups, families, and communities. You will work collaboratively with clients' families and other professionals to provide optimal child-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nursing Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare in collaboration with individuals, groups, families, and communities.
- Teamwork: Interact effectively with clients' families and other professionals to facilitate optimum child-centred healthcare.
- Excellence in Practice: Active involvement in maintaining and improving patient/client care, including research and evidence-based practice.
- Learning Culture: Identify and meet client goals in partnership with clients and their families/significant others.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Working with Children Registration.
- Current Driver's Licence.
Desirable Criteria:
- Holding a recognised Child and Family Health Nursing qualification or being on track to achieve one.
