We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Restructuring Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in financial restructuring and complex transactions.
About the Role:
- Assist in creditor- and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers & acquisitions
- Provide advisory services in stressed and distressed situations
- Participate in complex negotiations on behalf of clients
Requirements:
- Strong academic track record
- Genuine interest in Financial Restructuring and/or working on complex transactions
- Up to 3 years' experience in Financial Restructuring, Leveraged Finance or Insolvency
- Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of debt-related components and structures
- Excellent quantitative, financial and analytical skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
