- Support transactional and advisory work
- Draft documents, conduct legal research and collaborate with colleagues to deliver results
- Transaction Support: Collaborate with senior team members on complex deals
- Drafting: Develop high-quality documents, including deeds of company arrangement and share sale agreements
- Research: Conduct thorough legal analysis for a range of matters

Requirements:- Admission in Australia (or equivalent)
- PQE 1-3 years
- Enthusiasm for financial restructuring and insolvency law
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
