Credit Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled credit specialist to assess borrower situations and develop tailored solutions. As a key member of our lending strategy, you will play a pivotal role in transforming challenges into opportunities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing flagged restructuring opportunities
  • Recommending strategies for credit approval
  • Negotiating exposure restructuring
  • Documenting revised commercial agreements
  • Monitoring portfolio segments and reporting

To succeed in this role, you will need strong knowledge of accounting principles, expertise in assessing financial performance and borrower risk, and proficiency in gathering information through direct borrower interaction. You will also require skills in negotiating favourable commercial terms and restructuring agreements, experience in documenting facility restructures, excellent verbal and written communication, and 5-10 years' experience in credit/lending/workout/insolvency.
