Lead Restructuring Specialist

Job Description:

As a Lead Restructuring Specialist, you will be responsible for leading complex insolvency projects and restructuring initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to challenging financial, strategic, and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse clients to provide expert advice on restructuring and turnaround strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive restructuring plans to achieve optimal results for clients.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in commerce, economics, or law (or a similar qualification).
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in restructuring/advisory work with a strong track record of high performance.
  • ARITA certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent numerical and descriptive analysis skills.
