Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential candidates for loan restructuring based on pre-agreed criteria.
  • Analyse flagged opportunities with borrowers to assess their outlook and potential for improving financial performance.
  • Recommend strategies for credit approval and negotiate exposure restructuring.
  • Document revised commercial agreements and monitor portfolio segments.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and credit analysis.
  • Expertise in assessing financial performance and borrower risk.
  • Skilled in negotiation and documentation of facility restructures.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in credit/lending/workout/insolvency roles.
