Data Governance StrategyThe Manager of Data Governance is responsible for leading our enterprise-wide data governance strategy, ensuring that data is secure, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and business standards.
- Design and implement a data governance operating model, aligning with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop policies, procedures, and best practices for data stewardship, quality, and security.
- Establish and enforce data ownership, access controls, and accountability across business units.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
- Identify and mitigate data-related risks, collaborating with Legal, IT Security, and Risk teams.
- Oversee audits and data governance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
