Job Description:

This role plays a vital part in supporting diverse groups to manage risks associated with data retention, data sovereignty, and information security.

You will maintain enterprise-wide tools to support information governance processes, provide advice on frameworks to global stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of governance practices.

  • You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to promote best practices, ensure compliance with industry and international standards, and help drive operational excellence in a highly regulated environment.
  • In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with internal policies, frameworks, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge and experience in information governance, including records and information management, data sovereignty frameworks, and working with business classification schemes. You will also be exposed to technology platforms and solutions underpinning information governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A collaborative approach
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Sound knowledge and experience in information governance, including records and information management, data sovereignty frameworks, and working with business classification schemes
