Key Leadership Position

The Principal Consultant VP will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and lead or co-manage implementation projects for our organization. They must possess exceptional client-facing and communication skills, engaging with senior stakeholders/clients to ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of asset management/business knowledge, business analysis, project experience, relationship management, and implementation experience.

  • Manage large and complex implementation projects
  • Address associated issues individually or as part of a team

The Principal Consultant VP will interpret workflow analysis documents and convert them into configuration specifications for CR IMS, guiding customers on best practices for implementation and workflow configuration.

They will execute daily project plan steps, understanding and documenting client needs, leading clients in utilizing our products and services effectively.

The Principal Consultant VP will facilitate conference calls and meetings with other consultants and product experts, managing training and consulting resource requests.

They will monitor and assist with issue escalation processes, responding to additional product requests, coordinating work with representatives in other locations.

The Principal Consultant VP will stay informed about industry trends and changes.

Requirements
  • Experience managing large or multiple smaller projects
  • Extensive front-office experience (order management, dealing with fund managers/traders)
  • Experience with Charles River Trading System or similar applications
  • Strong market instrument knowledge, e.g., fixed income, derivatives
  • Some technical knowledge, ideally SQL
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementation
  • Experience working with users or clients from technical or business backgrounds
  • Third-level qualification, preferably a technical bachelor's degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% per year
  • Flexibility with schedule and ability to work beyond regular hours
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematical Finance, Economics, or Computer Science from a leading university
  • Advanced degree or industry certification such as CFA is a plus
