Project Lead

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects from design development to practical completion.
Key responsibilities include leading project teams, managing consultants and subcontractors, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring risk, compliance, and quality systems, as well as conducting monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews.
A strong safety culture is paramount, and you will be expected to drive this culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented.
Finally, you will lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth.
Requirements:Our ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role is required, with demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M.
Deep understanding of the Sydney construction market, subcontractor base, and local authority requirements is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are critical, as well as high attention to detail and contract administration capabilities.
