Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team in the civil and demolition industry. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects and will possess excellent administrative and organisational skills. You will be required to maintain accurate records, track project progress against budget and schedule, and ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Additionally, you will provide regular reports to stakeholders and contribute to project improvement initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Aconex, MS Project)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with site and office teams
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in demolition and decommissioning projects
  • Background in hazardous material handling or industrial dismantling
