Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to oversee the delivery of our major government health fit out project. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a complex and challenging project from pre-construction through to completion.

  • This role involves managing all phases of the project, including developing and controlling project programmes, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery, while ensuring strict compliance with government requirements, WHS, and environmental policies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of pre-construction, procurement, and delivery processes, as well as strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

About You:

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
  • Previous experience with government, health, or complex fit out projects highly regarded
  • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and industry standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
