Business Development Representative Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities within our white-collar industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sector-specific procurement cycles and decision-making processes.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to generate qualified leads, develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, and work with assigned Account Executives to approach targeted segments.


Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industry groups
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers, such as IT Directors, CIOs, and Procurement Officers
  • Develop expertise in education GRC technology requirements and government compliance standards
  • Participate in education conferences, government vendor fairs, and sector-specific events

Key Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales development or related experience
  • Background in selling to education or government sectors preferred
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement and RFP/RFQ processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Resilience, process-driven approach, and effective time management
