About the Opportunity
A challenging and rewarding role is available for a Business Development Manager who can drive new business activities, develop relationships with current and prospective customers, and contribute to our sustainable approach to waste management.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct face-to-face new business development activities
• Develop and nurture relationships with current and prospective customers
• Drive our sustainable approach to waste management in new areas to support growth initiatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve sales growth
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with client details and follow up on leads

About You
You are a 'can-do' and 'glass half full' energetic person who thrives on making the sale and meeting new people. You have Business Development experience and love the thrill of winning new business and making new connections.
Requirements
• Ability to tailor your communication style to different stakeholders and customers
• Business development experience
• Current driver's licence and reliable car
• Resilience and persistence
• Strong account management skills and ability to form solid relationships
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
• Proven experience meeting sales targets
