Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with business stakeholders and service providers to develop strategic improvements for IT services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and document strategic plans for IT services in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external service providers to drive business value.
  • Create and manage reporting frameworks to measure service performance against established standards.
  • Manage service providers and improvement activities to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and document service delivery risks and issues, including mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Design and implement a service strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage change control processes for complex systems, incorporating risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a service catalogue and performance reporting framework.
  • Prior experience in SIAM model and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
