Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT services delivery lead to join our team. As an IT services delivery lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical service delivery for Modern device management & Seamless collaboration. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing customized solutions to meet those needs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from software deployment to patch rollout via systems Management tools like Config Mgr., Intune etc. You will also be responsible for managing a team of technical professionals, setting career paths, training, and engagement of people in their respective domains as well as cross-functional areas.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. You will also have experience in managing large-scale transition projects and be able to adapt to a changing technical environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management
  • Experience in managing large scale transition projects
  • Ability and willingness to take direction from team Lead, SDM and Client Executives
  • Ability to work in a team environment & drive day to day operations
  • Able to adapt to a changing technical environment
  • Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Customer facing presentation and consulting skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
