**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage a portfolio of claims and deliver timely outcomes for each customer.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers, medical specialists and other stakeholders throughout the claim management process
- Provide exceptional service to customers, their medical specialists and authorized representatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in managing the claim, including case conferences and QA feedback
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep life insurance claims experience, including knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Delegated Authority reflecting consistently high performance
- Experience working in collaborative environments
