The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within the Insurance industry
  • Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification is essential
  • Sound knowledge of general insurance principles and practices
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering results
  • Highly adaptable and responsive to change
