Now, we're looking for a bright, enthusiastic Social Media Admin & Client Services Officer to join our team.

So, what will you be doing?

Think of yourself as the behind-the-scenes superstar helping our social media team (and our clients) thrive:

·       Scheduling and posting: Manage and schedule client content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

·       Reports and insights: Create easy-to-read reports to track results and celebrate wins.

·       Trendspotting: Research the latest social media trends, updates, and viral ideas to keep clients ahead of the curve.

·       Client support: Be the go-to contact for our social media clients, working alongside our Marketing Managers to deliver exceptional service and create standout experiences.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team—designers, marketers, and content creators—to keep campaigns on point.

Now, what do we require from you?

·       A genuine love for social media (Instagram and TikTok fans, this is your time).

·       Someone who's recently graduated (or about to), OR maybe already working but itching to make social media your day job.

·       Strong communication and organisation skills, with attention to detail.

·       A positive, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
