Operations Management Position

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the next phase of our growth journey. We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with a strong background in HR and operations to partner with our leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, role definition, and performance management. They will also oversee the streamlining of systems and processes across our clinics, ensuring best-practice governance, stock management, and regulatory compliance.

In addition, they will champion the patient journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium standards of our organization. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for overseeing structured training programs and professional growth pathways to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.

Furthermore, this individual will drive KPIs, manage supplier relationships, optimize costs, and play a key role in supporting the rollout of new clinic locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications or proven experience in People Management, HR, and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and oversee efficient systems
  • Proven leadership in building teams, managing performance, and driving business outcomes
  • Industry experience in cosmetic medicine, healthcare, or a regulated environment (preferred but not essential)
