Financial Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Controller. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance team and overseeing all aspects of financial management across APAC. You will work closely with the CFO to develop and implement strategic financial plans that drive business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a proven track record of managing teams and achieving results in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the finance team and oversee all aspects of financial management across APAC
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans that drive business growth and profitability
  • Work closely with the CFO to achieve business objectives
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Lead the year-end audit process and ensure timely completion
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in finance and accounting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving results in a similar role
  • Experience working in a similar industry (retail or beverage)
  • Knowledge of technology and systems, with a view to guide business through periods of transformation
