Customer Service Manager Job

This position will be a key leadership role in our organisation. The Customer Service Manager will oversee customer communications, information management and workplace health and safety. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer communications team
  • Oversee information management systems
  • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualification in community, workplace health and safety, customer communications and services, information management or business administration
  • Workplace expertise: Strong background in workplace health and safety, internal audit, risk management, customer service, information management and working with volunteers and vulnerable communities
  • Strategic leadership: Proven ability to set strategic direction at team or departmental levels
  • Community engagement: Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service tailored to diverse community needs
  • Team leadership: Skilled in supervising and leading teams, managing performance and providing ongoing support and guidance
