We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Culinary Professional to join our team. As a Culinary Professional, you will be responsible for providing well-presented and nutritious meals in a home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare well-balanced and nutritious meals for residents with varying dietary needs and preferences
- Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents' individual and cultural needs are met
- Support the efficient functioning of kitchen services and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Perform administrative duties related to kitchen operations such as stock management and quality assessment
- Previous experience in food preparation and delivery within a similar setting
- A certification in commercial cooking or equivalent is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
- The ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
