  • Utilize OSINT tools and other recruitment technologies to streamline the recruitment process
  • Coach clients on best practices for pre-employment conduct and diversity initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including talent communities and industry partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a senior-level recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
