**The role**

Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in optimising a business landscape and NAB is on a very exciting journey

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive individual that can manage multiple streams of work, maintain a strong customer focus, and support the team to deliver the best outcomes for colleagues, customers and our communities.

**Your opportunity**
- Assisting with background and reference checking
- Assist with generation of reports as required for talent insights, dashboards
- Liaise with internal focused Talent Analytics and Branding Team for reporting, systems and branding queries and support
- Supporting Talent with administrative duties such as presentations, reports, events, career fairs, referral programs and assessment centres
- Use Talent data tools to run usage reports and support your team with insights and assessments

**What you will bring**
- 1+ years generalist administrative/human resources/recruitment/project (and/or similar related) experience, ideally within a large corporate environment.
- Knowledge/exposure of policies, practices, and approaches with relation to talent management/capability (identification, assessment, development, succession and/or mobilisation of talent) - desired not required
- Demonstrated experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams)
- Sound time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly
- Ability to build effective relationships and manage expectations with key stakeholders (internally and externally), as well as working autonomously
- A passion for customer service and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired)
