Talent Acquisition Specialist

ALPA is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading high-volume end-to-end recruitment activity, including strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-volume recruitment activity, including strategy, screening, assessment, selection, and contract negotiation.
- Provide high-level candidate care and hiring manager guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Provide telephone, email, interview attendance, interview preparation, and other related support to your respective portfolio of open vacancies.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal recruitment roles, managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Previous experience using a recruitment database (Applicant Tracking System).
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, with knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience effectively business partnering with hiring managers to address their recruitment needs.
- Experience providing high-level candidate care and hiring manager guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
