Job Title: Operations Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day general office duties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day general office duties
- Perform data entry and filing tasks
- Process invoices and reconcile accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Work effectively as part of a team and unsupervised
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel and Word.
