We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to oversee cleaning operations across Southern NSW District.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure efficient and quality results.
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to staff members.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and functional.
- Address client concerns and deliver high-quality service.
- Travel across Southern NSW District using company vehicle.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning management or similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Valid driver's license required for company vehicle use.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols.
