Marketing Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the smooth running of our national operations.

The successful candidate will provide high-level assistance to our Marketing Manager and Specialists, supporting the coordination of internal and external strategies, events, and sponsorships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team
  • Coordinate events and sponsorships
  • Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing and reporting
  • Support local marketing activations and events
  • Assist with company communications

About You:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative software
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately
  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
  • Degree or Certificate in Marketing/Communications or related discipline
