Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the Victoria Park store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging in-store experiences that cater to diverse customer needs, promoting Black Pepper and Brand Collective brands.
  • Style customers to ensure they look and feel great, contributing to sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in store events, such as morning teas and charity initiatives, fostering a sense of community and social responsibility.
  • Assist the team in daily store operations, including visual merchandising, cleaning, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a well-organized stockroom and retrieve stock from heights with comfort and safety.
Requirements
  • Possess passion for providing style advice that makes a positive impact on customers' lives.
  • Have experience in customer-facing sales/retail roles in a team environment.
  • Be able to commit to a flexible shift pattern and adapt to peak trade periods.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, and EFTPOS facilities.
  • Demonstrate ability to tailor selling styles to meet customer needs.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
