Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Leasing Professional to drive business growth through strategic leasing transactions, develop client relationships and optimize property utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with market conditions, track lease expiry dates and manage vacancies, coordinate inspections and negotiate lease terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new leasing opportunities, build lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders, conduct presentations and meetings to drive new business and network at industry events to generate potential leads.
  • Operational Excellence: Meet revenue targets, ensure timely invoicing and payment, maintain compliance with training and licensing requirements, and follow company procedures and policies as required.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of commercial property markets, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level), excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualification in real estate or business-related discipline preferred, valid Real Estate Agent License is essential and experience in transactional leasing within commercial real estate is highly desirable.
