Product Strategist

As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for developing innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced product strategist with a strong track record of launching successful consumer engagement programs and driving significant increases in growth, order frequency, and profit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer needs and preferences through data analysis and market research.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on product strategy and prioritize initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent, including 3+ years directly managing product managers.
  • Proven track record of launching successful consumer engagement programs and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
