The Role in Our Team

In this position, you'll provide elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:

  • Assist with the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of our Housekeeping Department.
  • Ensure that our polished 5-star standards are on full display and promptly report any maintenance issues during your shift.
  • Respect guest privacy and provide joyful customer service experiences.
About You

You'll bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous Housekeeping experience (4-star and 5-star experience highly advantageous) or commercial cleaning experience.
  • The ability to work Part Time across a 7 day rotating roster.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate within large multicultural teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback.
