">- Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage the product backlog across marketing automation, loyalty, and customer-facing platforms.
- Utilize performance data to refine workflows, campaigns, and customer experiences.
- Collaborate with a business analyst to translate business needs into user stories.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and deliver product capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and scale existing platforms.
- Lead the rollout of new loyalty features aligning with evolving customer expectations.
- Coach and support a team in agile ways of working and fostering a product-led mindset.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in marketing automation, loyalty platforms, or customer data environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms to design and optimize loyalty programs.
- Success in identity resolution initiatives and managing customer identity across channels.
- Strong communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
