About Us

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Housekeeping team at Crown Towers Hotel.

In this role, you'll provide elevated guest experiences through genuine care and attention to detail. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day room turnover, including cleaning the bathroom, changing linen, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
  • Ensuring high standards are consistently met and promptly reporting any maintenance issues during your shift
  • Respecting guest privacy and delivering exceptional customer service experiences

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in Housekeeping or commercial cleaning (4-star and 5-star experience highly advantageous)
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, with weekend availability a must
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively within large multicultural teams
  • A keen eye for detail and an open attitude to receiving feedback
